What are the differences between the products sold by Texas Instruments on the TI eStore and the Keynote solutions?

TI provides basic reference designs and modules to allow developers to explore and understand the fundamental technology. Their products are neither intended to be integrated into a production solution nor are there features or capabilities needed for a complete solution. For example, the TI LightCrafter includes a thermal sensor on the LED, however there is no way to read it through the included API. Our LC3000 products include this, and several other features essential for a complete product. We also offer variants that support a brighter solution (the LC3000PRO, very shot focal distances, and UV LED’s. We also can offer other customized solutions.
